Qualifications:

• College graduates with no experience can apply OR at least 2 years of completed college education
• Preferably has 1 year of BPO international experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to healthcare services via phone, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
• Issue Resolution: Assist customers with claims, billing, and general account-related concerns, providing timely resolutions.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards while handling customer information.
• Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to enhance the customer service experience.
