Educational Background

Work Experience

Industry Knowledge
- Prior experience with managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid) is a big plus.
- Knowledge of BPO healthcare processes, especially in the Philippine setting, is highly advantageous.

- Must have HIV counseling experience, with demonstrated empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
