Qualifications:

• Must have an active PRC License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in direct patient care (e.g., long-term care, home and community-based services, hospital/facility settings, or case management)
• Experience with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicaid recipients (preferred)
• Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, ideally in a Philippine setting
• Preferably has HIV counseling experience

Responsibilities:

• Patient Support: Provide compassionate direct patient care in long-term care, home/community-based services, hospitals, or case management settings.
• Healthcare Coordination: Assist in health assessments, patient advocacy, and care coordination for managed care organizations.
• Member Services: Handle healthcare member inquiries, ensuring accurate information on Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare plans.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and uphold healthcare standards.
