Qualifications:

• Experience in handling healthcare claim inquiries
• Can work onsite

Responsibilities:

• Billing & Coding: Process and submit medical claims, ensuring accuracy in CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding and documentation.
• Claims Management: Handle healthcare claim inquiries, verify insurance coverage, and investigate denied or rejected claims for resolution.
• Compliance: Ensure all claims adhere to federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely reimbursements.
