Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency in healthcare documentation? We are looking for skilled Medical Coders to join our team and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry!

Qualifications:

• Must have a Coder License or a Certification (e.g., CRC, CPC, CCS, COC, CPT, HCPCS, ICD, DRG)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Can work onsite
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Code Assignment: Accurately assign and sequence ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on medical records and documentation.
• Documentation Review: Analyze and interpret patient charts and clinical documentation to ensure appropriate coding.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to clarify diagnoses and obtain additional information for accurate coding
